Richmond’s Karissa Owens continues her strong start as she came in as the low medalist with a 40. Shooting three over with a double bogey, Owens continues to show consistency early in the season that she hopes to bring throughout the year.

Owens has brought in scores of 78, 73, 88, and in the first nine hole match, 40. Her impressive scores have earned her medalist in every competition as she continues to work on her game.

Richmond gets back into action Saturday the 12th at the Lapel Invitational. Richmond is paired with #1 ranked Westfield, Franklin County, and East Central. Coach Snyder is looking forward to seeing how the ladies bounce back against strong competition.

Coach Snyder and the girls know the team’s ability and is looking forward to going into the middle of the schedule firing on all cylinders.
