Two Richmond boys basketball players were honored by the North Central Conference following Monday’s meeting of all the conference coaches.
Senior Christian Harvey was named first-team all-conference, while sophomore Rickie Wedlow was tabbed with second-team honors.
Harvey made the first team for the second straight year. The point guard, who finished as the third leading scorer in the history of Red Devil basketball, averaged 24.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 3.1 steals per game. Those were team highs in every category.
Wedlow was second on the team in both scoring (11.8) and assists (2.2) in his second year as a starter.
