Four RBI Day For Gabe Crowe Leads Richmond Past Anderson 10-3 in North Central Conference Tourney action in Lafayette Saturday.

Crowe was clutch at the plate with runners on base driving in four on two hits to include a 3-rbi triple in the first and a sacrifice fly in the third.

Richmond secured the victory thanks to six runs in the first inning. Junior Josiah Sizemore drove in two runs on a single and junior Mikey Vance had an rbi as well.

Junior Phillip Hobbs was the winning pitcher for the Red Devils. He surrendered three runs on three hits over seven innings, striking out six.

Cameron Pratt took the loss for Anderson. He surrendered nine runs on 11 hits over four innings, striking out three and no walks.

Richmond scattered 13 hits in the game. Juniors Mason Brewer and Sizemore each had three hits while Crowe, and senior Darius Clemens contributed with two.

The victory raises the Red Devil record to 14-8 overall and completes their NCC season at 8-3. Richmond will host Pendleton Heights Monday at McBride Stadium. The evening will feature the pre-game honoring of our seven seniors.
