Multiple Teams · Intermediate School Spring Sports- Golf, Track, and Football Conditioning


Winter has wrapped up and it is time to think about Spring sports.  Here is everything you need to know to get the season up and running:

Golf- (Grades 5-8)

IS students interested in golf should plan to meet with their parents at the Elks on Monday, March 18 at 5:00.

Track– (Grades 5-8)

Intermediate school track practice will start on Monday, March 11, 2019 at the RHS track at 4:00.

Parents will be responsible for transportation. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Practice will be approximately 90 minutes in duration, and there will be no practice on Fridays and days when RHS has a home meet.

Weightlifting is open for IS football on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45-4:45.
