The Richmond Red Devil Women’s Swimming and Diving teams rushed Purdue University this weekend to take on the North Central Conference in a day long festivity that turned in 11 time drops for the Red Devils.

The girls made an intimidating presence in the pool displaying dominating times such as the 2:52.91 in the 200 Individual Medley and 6:55.20 in the 500 Freestyle by Avery Bohn, Destiny Casanova’s best time of 1:31.22 in the 100 Fly. And a Red Devil triple best in the 100 Freestyle by Hannah Trotter with a 1:05.12, Savanna Blair with a 1:06.39, and Allannah Foster with a 1:11.59. Diver Freya Beinart stood above her competition on the podium finishing 3rd with a lifetime best of 224.20 in 11 dives.

The Ladies persevered through the meet, taking advantage of the Division 1 pool to turn in fast times and good times.

They will return home on the 14th to compete against Muncie Burris at 6PM while honoring the upperclassmen with Senior Night. The Ladies will continue to push through this season, in preparation for the larger competition time will continue to bring.
