COACH’S QUOTE
“Richmond swimmers made things exciting during last Tuesday’s meet against Centerville with several close finishes and best times.  Madison Shipley stole the show on two occasions, pulling ahead of her opponents to secure first place finishes. The girls 200 Medley Relay earned their first relay win of the season. Masson Heiny earned a personal best time in the Boys 100 Yard Butterfly, his  specialty event. As a former Centerville Bulldog Swimmer  turned Richmond Red Devil Coach, I always enjoy competing with Centerville. The coaches and swimmers are encouraging and want what is best for all athletes. It doesn’t feel like a competition, but a collaborative effort to encourage all student athletes. The Centerville meet being at the end of the season is our end of season showcase, it is always amazing to see the growth and progress from these hardworking Red Devils.”
