Richmond closed out the road portion of its 2020-21 season with a 75-52 win on Saturday afternoon at Fort Wayne Wayne.
The victory improved Richmond to 8-9 on the season.
Junior Stephan Douglas topped the Devils with 28 points, seven rebounds, two assists a blocked shot. Douglas connected on 10-of-14 shots from inside the 3-point arc, while also making all five of his free throws.
Ty Harris was also in double figures with 10 points and a game-high seven assists. Tim Arnold chipped in nine points, five rebounds, and six assists. Meanwhile Gunner Kovach came off the bench to net eight points, including two 3-pointers, along with three rebounds and three assists.
Richmond led from the midway point of the fourth quarter on against the Generals.
The Devils closed conference play on Friday night, losing 88-56 to Class 4A No. 7 Lafayette Jeff. Northwestern commit and Mr. Basketball candidate Brooks Barnhizer had 32 points to lead the way for the Bronchos, who broke the game open in the late moments of the second quarter and into the fourth.
Darion Smith had 15 points for the Devils, while Chase Newton chipped in 13 points.
Richmond returns to action in the Tiernan Center twice next week. The Devils play host to Seton Catholic on Tuesday and close out the regular season against Franklin County on Thursday.
Tiernan will be the sectional host with the IHSAA announcing the pairings for the annual state tournament on Sunday.
