Dennis Intermediate volleyball split a pair of home matches on Wednesday night versus Union County. Both teams were tested and put up a good fight as they completed their second matches of the season.
The 7th grade won 25-21, 25-23. They were led by Kamyah Holland-Carter with 8 aces and 3 kills. Jaleah Johnson and Raegan Gates added 5 and 4 aces respectively. Other contributors were Nia Jones with 3 aces and Heaven Daniels had a big pass kill to close out the first set.
The Bulldogs stay at home this week to face Monroe Central on Monday. The game will start at 5:30pm. Please advise that there will continue to be two tickets per player. Please follow mask protocol and social distancing at the game.
