Richmond gymnasts take 2nd place at the Connersville Invite out of 8 teams. We finished with our highest team score of the season (104.8) and have officially beat our highest team score since I have taken over the high school program 7 years ago (previous highest score 104.775).
Freshman Lizzy Ruger has an outstanding performance which placed her 3rd overall (36.975). She also finished 2nd on bars (9.3), 2nd on floor (9.4), second on vault (9.4), and 4th on beam (8.875)
Freshman Kinsey Bosell also had a great meet hitting all 4 of her routines. She is also a top performer from the Invite. She places 7th overall (34.225). She also places 5th on beam (8.75), and 7th on floor (9.125).
Senior Eva Bosell competes her first meet back from her ankle injury. She ties for 9th on bars (8.325).
Freshman Aubrey Uhte didn’t have any placements, but played a big role in our final team score. Her (8.75) vault and her (8.5) floor routine were top 3 scores on our team which helped us finish in 2nd place overall.
Junior Kayla Zaleski makes a new skill on her bar routine (6.4), lands all her floor passes (8.35), and hits her vault (8.3).
Senior Suniah Parsons scores a 8.25 on vault.
Sophomore Katelyn Evans score a 7.075 on beam and an 8.4 on floor.
Freshman Ashley Madill scores a 6.25 on bars.
