Richmond continued to improve Wednesday night at the Elks, but unfortunately ran into a team playing with a lot of confidence in their games in Union County.
Richmond fired a 170 which is eight shots better than their previous match, but still lost by 15 strokes.
Richmond showed growth, with Alex Brown shooting his best with a 45 and Andrew Click firing a 41 to have his season best.
Jake Miller (38) showed signs up getting ready to brake out in a big way and continues to work on his game.
Union County was led by Cody Peters with a one-over 36, followed by Tyler Osborne and Cameron Woods with 39s.
Richmond’s JV also got to play and came away with a 228 for a second straight time on the front nine at the Elks Country Club.
Union County took the sweep as their JV shot a 212.
