Richmond was unable to take advantage of the opportunity in front of them Saturday at the Hall of Fame Classic. With several of the top ranked teams in the State, Richmond was looking to play well and gain confidence for the second half of the season.

The course played tough, with the wet and long rough, on and off freezing rain, wind, and multiple tough tee shots throughout the course.

Richmond’s struggles landed them with a 395, a score that put them in 17th place.

Monday, Richmond travels to Franklin County where they get to take on another tough course in Harbor Links. Saturday their season doesn’t get easier as they travel to the Delaware Invitational before returning home to face ranked New Castle.

Richmond looks to get on a positive run and carry that momentum into the NCC Championship May 13th.
